A blend of herbs to help quite the mind, uplift the spirit, and relax the nervouse system:

organic Peppermint, organic Tulsi (Holy Basil), sustainably wild harvested Evening Primrose, organic Chamomile, organic Lemon Balm, & organic Lavender


Loose Leaf tea in 0.25 oz (shown in picture) & 0.5 oz by weight.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1+ tsp of herb, allow to steep for ~20 min or longer, strain, and enjoy.
